Karen Delorme is the Associate Director of Direct Marketing for the Canadian Red Cross. She joined the charity in 2015 after deciding to embark on an exciting new career path in the non-profit sector after many years working in finance. She is passionate about monthly giving and has shared her innovations both on a national level at the Toronto AFP Congress as well as amongst her peers at the International Red Cross Skillshare in the UK. Karen also sits on the organising committee for Canada’s Monthly Giving Roundtable – a group of non-profits that meets annually to share data, ideas and learnings.
