Gill started her career as a street fundraiser in London back in 2007, and for the past 9 years has worked as Global Fundraising Specialist at Amnesty International. She is responsible for supporting all offices on their individual giving programmes, and in particular looking for ways to grow, optimise and innovate within Amnesty’s main acquisition channel, F2F fundraising. Gill has also held interim roles as Head of Global Individual Giving, and more recently Global Fundraising Director.
