He is the CEO of EFCOMM, one of the top performing agencies in the country (and recently ranked as the third best company to work for in Australia in the Great Place to Work international survey), whose core focus is to foster the next generation of business successes through their business and its specialised training programme – designed to fill in the countless gaps the modern secondary and tertiary education system leaves behind. They currently employ over 50 talented fundraisers, with offices in three cities.
His consulting agency specialises in teaching sales, leadership and scaling to small and medium sized businesses, helping them achieve new levels of profit and size.
Barratt founded EFCOMM after a brief career as a professional MMA fighter (garnering two Australian championships by the age of 19), and was also a professional dancer and stage performer. He is also the author of the best-selling book ‘’Leadership in Sales: 4 Simple Steps to More Sales, More Scale, and More Success”.
After growing up mostly in the small island of Bermuda, he’s travelled to over 30 countries around the world, however he will always call Australia home.
