Elsbeth is Head of Individual Giving Fundraising at Save the Children Switzerland since 2021 via secondment. Prior to this she worked as the Global F2F Fundraising Specialist for Save the Children International, supporting fundraising programmes across 25 markets.
Elsbeth left a successful career in commerce in 2010 to follower her heart and passion to work in international development and ensure that children are safe, have the rights and opportunities to be educated, and have a future. Following a period of volunteering in South Africa, she then utilised her skills and experience to run a successful in-house F2F programme for World Vision Australia. Next, she transferred to the UK, where she set up and led the F2F in-house and agency-led programmes for World Vision UK and later, Save the Children UK.
